A twelve-room inn on the north Norfolk coast wanted guests to feel the place before they arrived.
The inn had changed hands twice, and its menus, keys and letters each told a different story.
We drew a simple wave mark, stamped it on leather key tags, embroidered it on linen and set every printed piece on the same warm paper.
Direct bookings rose in the first summer, and guests now ask to buy the napkins.
